Our business model

Tailored to your needs as a landlord, we proudly offer;

Profit Sharing model

This is working with iHost Global on a basis of 70/30, with each landlord receiving 70% of the sales profit after deducting the commission charged by online travel agents such as Booking.com, trip.com, Agoda, Expedia and Airbnb.

This means that you can benefit from our expertise and experience while also enjoying a significant share of the profits from your property.

At iHost Global, we have a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing a turnkey solution for landlords. We handle all aspects of the hosting process, you can expect from us.

Leasing model

This involves iHost Global taking on your property for a minimum of two-year term at a mutually agreed monthly rate. We then manage the short-term rental of your property with no risk to you..

Landlords are guaranteed to receive their property back in at least the same standard that it was received.
