Our business model
Profit Sharing Model
This is working with iHost Global on a basis of 70/30, with each landlord receiving 70% of the sales profit after deducting the commission charged by online travel agents such as Booking.com, trip.com, Agoda, Expedia and Airbnb.
Leasing Model
This involves iHost Global taking on your property for a minimum of two-year term at a mutually agreed monthly rate. We then manage the short-term rental of your property with no risk to you.
